SCHEDULE: 6:30 am Gates open 6:50 am Warm up 7:45 am Parade 8:00 am Meet begins Reminders: Chairs for spectators are encouraged. PARKING will be tight. Please emphasize that 1 car per family is appreciated. Please encourage carpooling as well. Absolutely NO parking in the library lot. Chairs for spectators: Pop-up tents are allowed but should be condensed to 3-4 total as we will be sharing the lawn with Hurley. Team names will be marking the lawn to help direct people. Parents from both teams will also have the option to utilize a portion of the pavilion behind the blocks. There are some picnic tables under pavilion, but you can certainly bring a table or 2 if you wish. Concession: Will offer bagels from Rhinebeck bagels, muffins from Taste Budds, breakfast sandwiches, Nutella sandwiches, donuts, watermelon, bananas, Gatorade, juice, water, cookies, brownies, chips, trail mix, granola bars, rice crispy treats, fruit snacks, cheese crackers and peanut butter crackers, popcorn, and coffee. Parade: Will follow warm ups. We plan to gather the teams under the portion of pavilion not being utilized by parents to line up for parade. We will announce teams, coaches, Olympic year representations, and seniors, Carpooling is encourage car pooling as parking will be tight. |

Please note: This event is only open to swimmers who have signed up to swim at our end of season Championship meet. You must have swam in two dual meets to qualify for Championships. This is a fun team night to gear up for champs. DUSO t-shirts will be handed out to those who ordered them. Sea Raiders will be ordering some pizza, providing plates, napkins and silverware. We have created a sign up asking for some side pasta dishes and desserts. Coaches will be painting nails (red/white & black) and helping swimmers make posters to decorate for the big day. This is a fun event you will not want to miss!!! |

We will leave directly from practice and check in as a team. Families can arrange carpooling if needed. Our team will be assigned a covered pavilion. If you are a season pass holder you do not need to buy a zoom flume ticket. However, a food voucher option is available for $20.00. Zoom Flume tickets must be purchased in advance in our merchandise store for a discounted price $35.00 (Regular price is $42.99). Please RSVP even if you are a season pass holder so we have an accurate head count. |
