Hello Parents!

  What a GREAT time we all had this morning at our Red & White meet! Coaches are SO proud of everyone who swam this morning and are ready to race Hyde Park this coming Saturday morning. Thank you to all of the parents who helped out this morning! As you can see, we need MANY hands to make our meets run smoothly. We couldn't do it without you!!!

Just a quick note about goggles- swimmers cannot wear "scuba" goggles (the kind that covers their nose) in a race. This is a DUSO and USA swim rule. I noticed there were a few swimmers diving in today with the scuba goggles and wanted to address this before our first meet. Swimoutlet is currently having a sale on competition goggles- its a great time to stock up (free shipping for the holiday weekend!!!).

If you have not done so already, please declare your swimmer by 8pm TONIGHT for Saturday mornings meet! Coaches will placing the meet tomorrow after practice. Once we send our entries to Hyde Park we CAN'T add a swimmer! Entries will be done by 10am tomorrow.
