Good Morning Sea Raiders,

I wanted to send the links to the two winter programs mentioned last night.  These are USA swimming programs that compete within the Mid-Hudson Valley.  I know Northern Dutchess Aquatics Club offered a pre-team option this past spring, which is a nice opportunity for our young swimmers to gear up for Sea Raiders.  

This is the NDAC link.  Registration will open Mid-August.  Practices are held after school at Bard College:  Northern Dutchess Aquatics Club

This is the Red Fox Link.  Registration is open.  Practices are held after school at Marist College:  Red Fox Aquatic Club
